      • Capture a photo or short video of the item showing the problem.

   2. Submit a Request:

      • Visit our Contact Form page.
      • Select "Lifetime Warranty" as the category.
      • Attach the photo or video.

   3. Await Response:

      • If your replacement is approved, expect an update within 48 hours.

   Important Notes:

   • The warranty covers the cost of the item but excludes shipping fees.
   • Misuse, wear and tear, and product discontinuation will render this warranty invalid.
